A rare moment for Georgia - she never admits she's tired - first up/last down even if her eyes are all red from lack of sleep. Likes to try to sneak into the house if you're not watching. She's worked out she can fit between the bars on the gate and Jet can't - ha ha sucks for you Jet!!!
So we know Jet is pretty laid back - probably why he chose Adam when they were choosing us.
Me beginning the fence. Doing it the hard way and making things difficult for myself. Between tending to horse twice a day, work, puppies and a bad cold - it's slow going. I hate working with wood and dirt - nothing stays put and measurements change - unlike steel and metal.
Our very generous friend Andy is a fencing contractor. He gave me all this galvanised pipe and green mesh and a sack of pipe fittings to make a dog run with and even loaned me his work trailer to haul it all up from his workshop in Tokoroa. So I gave him a couple of bottles of wine raided from Mary's wine rack - thanks Sis'.
Aleshia and Blair dressed for the ball. This is Aleshia's last High School ball (Blair has already left). They are both soccer referees and have been friends for years. Miki was a waitress at the ball and did such a good job the contractor offered her a job. Miki was mad with Blair that night because when they went to pick him up on the way to the ball, he wasn't ready yet and they had to wait.
Oh well, sun is shining and fence is waiting . . . and the dog run . . . and the kennels . . . and the other fence . . . . darn puppies!!! . . .
